Anastomotic dehiscence

The patient had a bilobectomy (right upper and middle lobe resection) with an anastomosis between the right mainstem bronchus and the right lower lobe bronchus. The post-operative course was complicated with an anastomotic dehiscence associated with actinomyces infection.
