Excessive dynamic airway collapse (EDAC) associated with bronchomegaly

Increased diameter of the trachea during inspiration (bronchomegaly) and excessive dynamic airway collapse during expiration. The posterior membrane bulges inwards during expiration, causing narrowing of the tracheal lumen.
