Asymmetry of the main stem bronchi
-The diameter of the left mainstem bronchus is smaller than that of the right mainstem bronchus.
-The cartilageous rings of the distal trachea seem to be incomplete (missing left part). This was associated with excessive dynamic collapse during expiration (not shown here).
