White friable membranes and apthoid-looking lesions
The bronchial mucosa is covered with white friable membranes.
Some apthoid-looking lesions can also be seen through the white mucosal surface.
Co-infection by Herpes simplex virus type 1, influenza A H1N1 and aspergillus in an immunocompromized patient.
