Broncho-mediastinal fistula
Communication between the truncus intermedius and the mediastinum.
The patient was known for an oesophageal adenocarcinoma and a resection of the distal oesophagus. A broncho-mediastinal fistula and a dehiscence of the oesophageal anastomosis developed almost one year after the initial intervention.
