Distortion and infiltration of the carinas of the RUL

The mucosa of the RUL is infiltrated and the segmentary bronchi are stenosed and distorted. The carinas are not well defined (loss of the classical trifurcation of the RUL). The bronchial biopsies and brushings revealed a pulmonary adenocarcinoma.
